The ticket office is open during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. The ticket windows
will be open one hour prior to tip-off for both sales and will call.
The Radford University Athletic Ticket Office conducts ticketing for two of the Highlanders’ varsity sports: men’s & women’s basketball. Attendance to all other home varsity events is free to the public for regular season contests. The ticket office also handles post-season tournament ticket requests.
GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
There are no refunds or exchanges. Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter any Radford ticketed athletics event. PHOTO I.D. is required to pick up tickets at Will Call.
Game Day Ticket Prices
There will be an increase in ticket prices on game day. Tickets must be purchased at least three hours prior to the game time in order to receive the pre-sale prices. We encourage all fans to purchase their tickets prior to game day. Game day prices increase as follows: Courtside +$5, Reserved Chairback +$3, and General Admission +$2.
Week Day Walk Up Sales and Will Call
The ticket window at the Dedmon Center is open 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday during regular business hours. A photo I.D. must be presented by the ticket purchaser to pick up will call tickets.

Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter. Will call tickets that have not been picked up prior to game day will be available at the Dedmon Center. Purchasers must present a valid photo I.D. when picking up pre-purchased tickets.
Faculty & Staff TicketsFull-time Radford employees can purchase season tickets at a reduced rate for Men’s & Women’s Basketball. Contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 540-831-7889 to purchase season tickets. There is no discount for individual game tickets to these sports. Full-Time Radford employees can use payroll deduction to pay for their season tickets.
Wheelchair seating and easy access seats are available in all ticketed venues on a first come, first serve basis. Companion seating is available on a one-to-one ratio. Companions with individuals in wheelchairs or motorized scooters will be provided a folding chair in which to sit.

Changes to ticket account mailing and/or billing addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers can be made by logging into your online ticket account or by sending in writing to the Athletic Ticket Office. Written requests should include the name on the ticket account and any other information that needs to be updated on the ticket account.
Away Game Tickets
Away game tickets are not available through the Radford Ticket Office. Please contact the athletic ticket office at the opposing institution for more information.
